A Tribute to LA’s Rhythm and Style
From the glowing mosaic tiled lobby to amenity spaces infused with art and rhythm, every detail of THEA carries the wave motif. Curated furnishings by LA designers, retro-modern accents, and playful materials create spaces that feel youthful yet sophisticated.
In the amenities space, residents move through eclectic experiences: a Collector’s Library inspired by the city’s music scene, a monochromatic screening room, and a glamorous rooftop lounge that channels Palm Springs mod-chic.
The design blurs indoors and out, echoing LA’s sun-drenched lifestyle.
THEA at Metropolis is designed as a modern urban playground that reflects Los Angeles’ cultural richness. Each space expresses a facet of the city — fluid forms reference the Pacific, bold art moments celebrate LA’s creative scene, and layered materials nod to California modernist masters. Wellness and social zones balance vitality with ease: light-filled fitness spaces connect to lush parks, while casual lounges offer panoramic views from Hollywood Hills to the Pacific.
At the top, the Level 27 Luxury Lounge crowns the building with an atmosphere of sophistication and play. THEA embodies Los Angeles’ duality—fast-paced yet laid-back, trendsetting yet timeless — delivering a living experience rooted in both movement and calm.
