St. Regis Residences, Boston
Overlooking the Boston Harbor, The St. Regis Residences, Boston captures the elegance of coastal living through a distinctly modern lens. BAMO’s interiors draw from the region’s maritime legacy to create a series of refined, light-filled residences that balance tailored sophistication with the relaxed spirit of waterfront life. As one of the first standalone branded St. Regis residences, the project presented a unique opportunity to craft a new benchmark for luxury in Boston’s most dynamic neighborhood in the Seaport District.

Crafted for Boston, Connected to the Sea
Inspired by New England’s seafaring traditions, the interiors echo the craftsmanship and detail of classic yachts. Panelized millwork, burnished metal accents, and subtle curvature throughout the public spaces evoke a refined nautical sensibility.
The palette — soft grays, driftwood tones, and watery blues — feels serene and sophisticated, while tailored furnishings and fine materials reinforce a quiet sense of prestige. The result is a series of spaces that feel deeply rooted in place while offering residents the timeless elegance expected of the St. Regis name.
The St. Regis Residences, Boston offered BAMO the opportunity to interpret East Coast luxury through a regional lens. The interiors reflect a design language that is both cosmopolitan and site-specific — drawing from maritime heritage without veering into nostalgia. From the private arrival lobby to the amenity lounges and model units, each space was considered for its relationship to light, water, and movement.
Public spaces feel expansive and warm, defined by custom lighting, inviting textures, and thoughtful sightlines to the harbor. In the private residences, materiality softens and details become more intimate, emphasizing livability and light.
