Rhythms of the Sea
The design philosophy embraces effortless elegance across the amenity spaces, where interiors are graceful yet grounded, contemporary yet timeless. Expansive glazing frames sweeping ocean views, while palettes of sea, sand, and sky echo the coastal setting. Indoor–outdoor flow invites breezes and shifting light into residences, lounges, fitness areas, and gathering spaces, creating environments that feel natural, enduring, and deeply livable.
The architecture evokes the elegance of a yacht, with open spaces designed for both solitude and connection.
Residents can retreat into intimate, calming environments or gather in expansive communal areas that celebrate the horizon. Natural woods, textured fabrics, and durable surfaces add warmth and refinement, while light, air, and views create a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior.
