Palm Beach Residence
Set along the waterfront in Palm Beach, this residence was conceived as a serene, art-forward retreat for a young family. Designed to complement an extensive modern art collection while supporting everyday life with children, the home balances coastal calm with understated sophistication. Natural light, indoor-outdoor flow, and a restrained palette create a setting that feels relaxed yet intentional, where architecture, interiors, and landscape move seamlessly together.

Art, Light, and the Luxury of Restraint
The interiors were intentionally composed to allow artwork and views to take center stage. Soft creams and warm grays establish a calm, cohesive backdrop, layered with natural textures and finely crafted materials that add depth without distraction.
Throughout the home, a singularly restrained approach gives each element space to breathe — allowing light, landscape, and art to define the experience with clarity and ease.
This project marked the third collaboration with the homeowners, a couple with young twins who divide their time between Palm Beach and New York. The 1980s-era house underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation, reimagined to support family life, entertaining, and a strong connection to the waterfront. Working closely with the architect and landscape team, the design extends beyond the interior to include a redesigned pool, cabana, and a fully equipped outdoor pavilion with integrated screens and kitchen amenities.
Material choices were guided by a clear directive to be both earth-conscious and child-friendly. Natural fibers, low-VOC finishes, non-toxic materials, and softened edges were used throughout, ensuring the home feels as healthy as it is beautiful. The result is a coastal sanctuary that is polished but unpretentious, designed to support art, family, and daily life with equal care.
