The Art of the Grand Welcome
The Grand Rotunda sets the tone with a soaring living green wall, a monumental basalt fireplace, and a dramatic glass and stone spiral stair. Reclaimed oak feature walls and finely detailed finishes — bronze accents, Venetian plaster, marble counters — layer warmth onto the clean architectural frame. A suspended glass light sculpture glows overhead, while quiet zones like the library and fireside lounge balance spectacle with intimacy.
The result is an environment that feels less like an office and more like a hotel.
The design vision centered on creating public spaces that support connection, comfort, and performance in equal measures. Flexible seating, quiet rooms, and collaborative lounges expand the workspace beyond the office suite.
At the same time, the 5th Avenue Conference Center and rooftop amenities elevate meetings and events with panoramic city and Sound views. Smart building systems, efficient floor plates, and abundant natural light optimize operations and wellbeing. By pairing the scale of an office tower with the intimacy of hospitality design, Madison Centre embodies a new model for workplace innovation in the Pacific Northwest.
