At the heart of downtown Bellevue, Centre 425 redefines the workplace with a hospitality-driven approach to commercial design.
BAMO was engaged to create a series of engaging, intuitive, and thoughtfully detailed spaces that reflect the energy of the Pacific Northwest while supporting the evolving needs of a modern day workforce. From the lobby to the rooftop, the interiors foster connection, flexibility, and a sense of calm sophistication — an elevated backdrop for both collaboration and focus.

A Great Room for the Modern Office
At the core of Centre 425 is The Exchange, an indoor/outdoor communal space that reinvents
the concept of the workplace lounge. Designed as a third place,
it offers a layered mix of seating and gathering zones that support a range of activities, from quiet solo work to impromptu meetings.
Rich woodwork, curated lighting, and natural materials create warmth and texture, while access to daylight and greenery infuse the space with energy. More than an amenity, The Exchange establishes the tone for the building: a space designed for people first.
Where Focus and Flexibility Converge.
Centre 425 reflects a shift in how and where people work. With a focus on functionality and wellbeing, BAMO designed a sequence of spaces that feel grounded, intuitive, and intentional. The lobby and great room offer moments of calm drama: through a green wall, sculptural stair, and refined palette, meanwhile, quiet rooms, meeting spaces, and wellness amenities support the rhythm of a productive workday.
The design strategy spotlighted both impact and restraint. Wood-paneled walls, layered lighting, and custom screens introduce material richness without visual clutter. Spaces flow naturally, offering clarity of use and comfort in movement. Every detail was considered for adaptability, enabling tenants to use space differently as workstyles evolve.
Centre 425’s interiors embody the ethos of the Pacific Northwest: rooted in craft, designed with care, and built to last. Whether used as a place to gather, reflect, or create, the building provides a new model for what the modern office can be.
