Santa Lucia Preserve is the epitome of quiet luxury. Just twenty minutes from Pebble Beach, The Preserve is known for its stunning views, world-class golf, and amazing weather.
Because the clients reside most of the year in England, they wanted The Preserve to be a comfortable haven, distinctly American in feel. Nestled in the contours of the surrounding landscape, the California ranch style home takes full advantage of the region’s climate with a veranda, patio, and pool. Hospitality and relaxation continue indoors with formal entertaining zones and two wings for the six guest bedrooms and master suite, complete with a private master living room and His and Her areas. A sense of luxury is created through a subtle yet complex layering of furnishings within the elegantly proportioned rooms. Natural materials and a neutral palette ground the clean and contemporary interiors, which are accented by pops of color introduced through artwork and accessories.
