In April, Michael Booth and Billy Quimby traveled to Italy to attend Salone del Mobile and to visit the SICIS Art Mosaic Factory. They were there to source materials for Four Seasons Resort Dubai, and what they found was an inspiring production space full of color and wonder. The factory is full of artisans working with precision and detail on their projects. Using local materials and specialized craftsmanship, Sicis is a treasure trove of design inspiration.
